Brown Butter Pecan Pie

A classic pecan pie with another depth of flavor, browned butter. Browned butter is a technique used by chefs to enhance the butters true potential by cooking it until it is lightly browned and fragrant. I am a big fan of this pecan pie, because it is not too sweet, like many pecan pies.

Ingredients: Pecans, brown sugar, enriched flour, eggs, butter, dark corn syrup, vanilla extract, salt, apple cider vinegar

Serving Size: Approximately 10", serves 8-10. Serve at room temperature or slightly reheated.

Storage: Best enjoyed the day it is delivered. However, it can be stored, covered, in room temperature for up to a 1 day. It can also be stored in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.

Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Take pie out of the box and place on a baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Take out of the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes before cutting. Caution, filling may be hot.
